Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for bookings made with Baundule Tours & Travels.
1. Cancellation by Customer
- 30+ days before travel: 90% refund
- 15–30 days before travel: 70% refund
- 7–15 days before travel: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
2. Cancellation by Company
In case Baundule Tours & Travels cancels a trip due to unavoidable circumstances:
- Full refund will be provided, OR
- Option to reschedule the trip
3. Non-Refundable Charges
- Booking or service fees
- Visa fees (if applicable)
- Third-party charges (hotel, transport, etc.)
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
5. No-Show Policy
No refunds will be provided in case of:
- No-show by the customer
- Early departure from the trip
- Unused services
6. Force Majeure
No refund will be provided for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics or emergencies
